Shipping and delivery policy

Swiftvoyage Cabs LLP sells cab rides, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped. Our service is delivered as the ride you book, at the date, time and pickup point in your booking.

How your booking is delivered

• As soon as your 50% advance is paid, the website shows your booking number (starting with SV-).
• Before your pickup, we send the driver's name, phone number and car number on WhatsApp to the number you booked with.
• The cab arrives at your pickup address, or at the airport terminal you chose, at the booked time.

Service area

We pick up and drop within Pune and PCMC, Pune Airport, Mumbai city and Mumbai Airport, as offered on our booking page. Each trip type's conditions are listed in the fine print on the booking page.

If something goes wrong

If your cab is late or doesn't arrive, call us straight away and we will arrange another car. If we cannot provide the ride, our cancellation and refund policy applies.
